"I literally stood in front of my pantry last night and said, 'Am I really going to make rice and beans?'” - spoken by a woman on her first visit to Papa's Pantry as she was able to select needed items off our "Pantry" shelves.

Papa's Pantry is more than just a food outreach.... Our "FAMILY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM" offers food assistance alongside training components to help each family strengthen foundational skills throughout the time it takes for them to regain stability and truly get back on their feet! We also find ourselves working with families who have never considered themselves stable, and for the first time, they are given hope, direction and support! As far as we know, we are the only whole-istic outreach of this kind!

	We are now accepting donations for Thanksgiving! We can accept frozen turkeys within the sell by date, fresh potatoes, sweet potatoes, collard greens and frozen pies.  Of course, ingredients for green bean casseroles, marshmallows, sugar and holiday spices are most welcome!
	"Papa Noel" is now underway - this is Papa's Pantry's version of helping to provide gifts for the children of struggling families in our very own communities. Each family considered for "adoption" is actively participating in programs designed to help gain (or regain) stability. If you are interested in adopting any of these families or a child for Christmas, call right away. We are currently matching families. Papa Noel FAQ
