Staying Positive in a Negative World
There are many saying out there.  “Life is tough”, “No one ever said life was fair”, etc. It can be difficult staying positive in our negative and fast paced world.  This class will give you tools to help stay positive and keep forging ahead when you feel like you want to quit. 
Skills and Abilities:  Identifying what you already know
This will help you identify your skills and abilities.  You may be surprised to find out that you already have more to offer a potential employer than you think.
   
Self-Confidence:  How to Project a Positive Image
You will get a number of insightful tips on how to project a positive image.  You will learn small details that can make a big difference in how others see your self confidence.  Also covered in this session: Why confidence matters in today’s workplace!
The Resume:  How to write an interview-getting resume 
Writing a resume can be frightening and difficult for a lot of people.  Regardless of your background, will learn some tips on writing an attention getting resume.  You will also learn how to make your resume stand out from the others when applying for a position.
   
Basic Interviewing Skills:  How to outshine the other applicants
Next to your resume, the first interview is your most important opportunity to convince an employer to hire YOU.  This is your chance to gain the interest of the employer.  We will go over some of the most-simple changes you can make to your interview style that will help you get a second interview or even the job!
Delivering at Work:  You got the job, now keep it!
This class will give you tips and tools to keep your new job AND enjoy it.  We will review day to day procedures, attitudes and work styles to help you stay enthusiastic, energetic, employed, and maybe even promoted.

Are you traveling miles on a hamster wheel, seemingly going in circles, but never winding up any where? And, exhausted and running on empty when you're done for the day? You are not alone my friend!

Stress Management

Stress is any physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. These symptoms can be magnified by real “outside” factors, but managed by controllable  truths.
